• Worth County is served by four-lane U.S. Highway 82 and Georgia Highways 520 (runs concurrently with U.S. 82), 32, 33, 112, 133, 256, four-lane 300, and 313.
   
• On U.S. 82/GA 520 in Sylvester, Albany is 20 miles to the west. Tifton and Interstate 75 are 21 miles to the east.
   
• GA 300 connects to I-75 at Cordele and the Florida border to the south.
   
• GA 33 connects Sylvester to Moultrie (25 miles) and Cordele (26 miles) while GA 112 connects Sylvester with Camilla (32 miles) and I-75 at Ashburn (17 miles).
   
• GA 133 (with several passing lanes) connects commuters to Albany, Valdosta, and Moultrie. GA 313 connects Warwick and Sylvester (22 miles), and GA 256 connects Sylvester to U.S. Highway 319 at Norman Park (22 miles) in Colquitt County.

• GA 33 is Main Street. On the north side of town it becomes Cordele Road; it becomes the Moultrie Highway south of town.
• GA 112 in downtown is Isabella Street. On the north side it becomes the Ashburn Highway; south of town, Camilla Highway.

• GA 313 is Monroe Street in Sylvester. Outside of town it is the Warwick Highway.
• U.S. 82/GA 520 in town is Franklin Street. Outside of Sylvester, it has been designated "South Georgia Parkway".
• The "+" marks the location of Baptist Hospital of Worth County at the intersection of Spring Flats Road and S. Isabella Street.
